OBD protocol available for Bosch MD1CS005 Ford

This update introduces the new OBD protocol for Bosch MD1CS005 control units.
These ECUs are installed in the latest Ford models equipped with 1.5 EcoBlue diesel engines.
The OBD protocol allows reading and writing the contents of the Flash memory, unlocking is not required. The ECU can also be read via pinout using the OBD protocol.
